LEADER INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

 

Purpose of the Job

Prepare, supervise execution of Installation on field and onboard and support the installation Workers (generally done by a supplier or through Customer / Partner / Third Party) according the PrIM orientation and project schedule.

This is must be achieved following project strategy, company policies (including EHS, railway safety, local regulation and professional standard) and project QCD targets.

Carry out the installation on field and onboard of trains in accordance with the installation procedures and as per the delivery schedule.

Ensure that the Site/Project implements the EHS requirements in order to comply with the EHS Indicators and the Environment, Health and Safety regulations.

Supervise and control all the activities related to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Civil Protection in coordination with Project Specialists.

Mission

Performance Measurement

· Productivity (According project schedule)

· CONQ (non-quality costs)

· No deviation to EHS rules

· Number of Punch Points in handover to T&C reports / customer reports.

 

Key Accountabilities

· Prepares, installation work:

o 4M checklist a couple of week before starting the activity

o Materiel availability,

o Availability of design documents to perform the activities are complete and with the

latest revision.

o Availability of tools with the required calibration up to date,

o Availability of skilled and trained resources –EHS, Special process, …-

o CONQ (Cost of Non Quality) (internal & external to testing)

o EHS (Environment, Health, Safety): Zero Fatality and Severe Injuries, under control.

Coordinate EHS Training, for all work places under control in order to prevent

accidents and occupational illnesses. Investigate incidents and accidents.

o Implement the AZDP Directives

o Productivity required in line with the quality standards and in schedule (Provide Daily

and Weekly Report for all the activities) to PrIM and PrCOM.

o Coordination and monitoring of all the activities of Installation of SIG and COM of the

Section in charge, optimizing resources and under control of the times and costs of

the Project

o Lead Time

o Customer acceptance before commissioning

 

Responsibilities · Trains and supports the installation Workers and sub-contractors on the working fronts under his responsibility clarifying doubts and task priorities. · Supervises execution of Installation on field and onboard, supports the installation Workers (generally done by a supplier or through Customer / Partner / Third Party) · Applies the method statement/ installation procedures according design documentation or report on any deviation needed. Makes sure the EHS requirements are clearly included in the MS. · Links of PrIM and field activities, reports to the PrIM any field activities progress and issues in a timely manner –Daily report - · Ensures that the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standards. · Ensures that the EHS rules are strictly applied by the installation workers (including subcontractors). · Reports any non-conformance observed on site to the PrIM and quality team. · Ensures and supports the Handover process / report to T&C team / customer. · Should be aware of their KPI’s and performance on the respective KPI’s. · Develop Installation activities with other Team members and following instructions from, PrIM and Field Operation Manger.
