We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Leader Mechanical Expert to join our team.
General Activities:
1. Responsible of Quality-Cost-Delivery :
• Estimates the workloads and the Unrealized
• Plans and assigns activities
• Monitors the risks
2. Prepares and chairs the weekly Projects Comitees.
3. Prepares and participates in monthly Steering comitees
4. Applies the ALTEN processes, methods and tools (specifically the ADF kit)
5. Follows KPIs and prepares the projects operational reporting to the project director.
6. Participates in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at both operational and financial levels).
Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Engineer or technical Master 2 degree
- 6+ YOE

Technical Skills:
- 6+ years of previous experience with at least one of the following:
- body, chassis, interiors, mechatronics of the vehicle.
- - 2 years minimum of previous experience as project manager/leader
- - Manages or has managed a team of at least 30 people
- - Leadership experience from 2+ years expected
- - Experience with design tools: Catia V5, Teamcenter, NX
- - Previous experience on fixed-price projects is a plus
- - Experience with communication protocols is a plus
