Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting spaces and arrangements.
Our team is led by the national administrative services team that oversees executive assistants and team assistants, administrative support concierge, dual support specialists, office services, document production, meeting and events, and project management. You’ll help our team with calendar management, internal and external client scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, client or account research, report generation and review, and routine communication management.

Preferred skills

  • Abilities and/or proven record of success, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:

  • Demonstrating technical knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other emerging mobile and virtual firm-sponsored technologies and software to provide Workplace-related deliverables to our customers.

  • Maintaining connectivity with appropriate departments nationally and locally to provide support for reserving workspace and meeting room space for Hoteling and Meet@PwC.

  • Applying consistent business acumen and specialized technical knowledge; including an understanding of customers' needs and the technology used by the team.

  • Identifying and addressing client needs, responding to client/customer and/or team requests promptly and professionally.

  • Assisting customers with multiple systems to provide support for reserving workspace and meeting rooms.

  • Preparing and analyzing reports from various database and software applications as well as participate in (UAT) User Acceptance Testing.

  • Providing Space Management support virtually through the delivery of exceptional customer service and quality.

  • Working non-traditional extended hours to meet customer needs and/or requests.

  • Handling multiple competing tasks, prioritizing work, communicating and helping resolve potential conflicts.

  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment, and proactively seeking instruction, feedback and coaching to develop and improve performance.

  • Proactively adjusting schedules and keeping manager and team aware of changes on a timely and accurate basis.

  • Providing support physically in the local office as business needs arise for our Workplace Solutions Team.

  • Performing both independently and through leveraging the team to prioritize workflow demands with minimal supervision.
