Working closely with a MX-based Manager, this Senior Associate will also support internal/external campaigns around Artificial Intelligence, learning and development, and upskilling at PwC. Ideally, the Senior Associate would also support with tactical execution of our communications campaigns.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the understanding of a global network of professional services firm, a financial services entity or communications consulting and emphasizing the following areas:
Writing high-quality content (internal stories, emails, op-eds, social content, press releases, talking points, speeches) and editing to firm voice;
Managing editorial calendars and crafting content based business/organizational strategies;
Working with business stakeholders;
Conducting media outreach and developing journalist relationships;
Managing and populating content in web publishing and collaboration tools;
Assisting with logistics and production of multimedia content and events;
Supporting special and ad-hoc projects;
Writing concisely and tailoring content with the appropriate voice and tone;
Demonstrating excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills;
Exercising attention to detail to complete high-quality deliverables;
Using software including Microsoft Office Suite; Google platforms, email automation, web-based publishing, webcast, social media, and media relations research tools;
Embracing and learning new technology;
Understanding an evolving communications ecosystem;
Applying business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Managing projects with agility in a fast-paced, matrixed environment;
Navigating complexity and ambiguity with resourcefulness;

Updating internal communications sites and using other technology and tools (e.g. Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) to develop creative content and templates that can be used in internal communications;
Writing drafts of newsroom stories, articles and other content related to AI – with an ability to simplify complex messages, highlight and summarize key points.
Help project manage broader team communications campaigns by familiarizing oneself with project management software, Asana, to keep communications plans updated, as well as submit requests across the communications team to ensure timely delivery of draft content for various communications channels.
