Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Years of Experience

3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment.

Languages:

Oral and written proficiency in English is required

Degree Preferred:

Bachelor Degree

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following:

  • Working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

  • Demonstrating experience and comfort with cold calling.

  • Demonstrating experience and familiarity with CRM systems and Sourcing Technology Tools.

  • Being familiar with Boolean search strings and x-ray mining along with appropriate social media posting tactics to attract passive candidates.

  • Sourcing for niche roles.

  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts.

  • Executing on the sourcing strategy component for priority open roles and sourcing pipeline strategy for soon-to-be open roles.

  • Conducting and sharing market research to build sourcing strategy, provide insights and comp Intel to the Business Recruiter.

  • Engaging in a variety of sourcing mediums ie: direct sourcing technology, call blitzes, conferences (virtual or in-person as required).

  • Initiating initial contact with prospective candidates, pitching PwC and gaining their interest in proceeding further via call and/or email.

  • Conducting preliminary introductory screen by asking a series of standard questions.

  • Sharing qualified prospect via CRM to Business Recruiter.

  • Meeting and exceeding defined metrics including number of submittals who convert into interviews, offers, hires.

  • Being included on any key calls alongside the business recruiter (including, as appropriate, an initial intake call, ad hoc update calls, debrief call).

  • Touching base with candidate as appropriate during and after the recruiting process to further build network.

  • Being well-spoken and able to pitch the PwC Story to prospective candidates.

  • Doing initial resume reviews and initial screen assistance for high volume/high priority requisitions for business recruiters.

  • Screening and assessing candidates, as needed; - Selecting and scheduling interviewers.

  • Planning and participating recruiting events within the firm's markets and/or lines of service.

  • Coordinating the logistics and planning of early identification events in the markets.

  • Reviewing and updating recruiting information systems to confirm data quality and completeness; Focuses on executing strategy  

  • Develops and maintains recruiting-related relationships both internally (e.g. business recruiting managers, local partners (FRPs), staff, and HR colleagues) and externally (e.g. job seekers, candidates, and campus stakeholders)

  • Executes the logistics and planning of early identification events in the markets.

  • Reviewing and updating recruiting information systems to confirm data quality and completeness.

  • Executes virtual recruiting activities which require consistent interaction with students, faculty, and career services for assigned colleges and universities, including virtual presentations and networking events.

  • Leveraging available technologies to establish and maintain relationships. Understands and utilizes recruiting-related systems, technologies. and protocols. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a virtual Cam.
