Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills

  • HR generalist skills and experience with focus on reporting and Data analysis.
  • Process and technology oriented to develop automated solutions to enhance services, analytics, and end user experiences.  
  • Supporting strategic projects set by firmwide and Segment/AC leadership enabled by Human Capital and Finance systems, including technology implementation, optimization, data integrity and security.
  • Analysis of HR processes and systems to assess trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Working knowledge of Human Capital processes & procedures, as well as HC systems including Workday, Beeline, TalentLink, Service Now and Snapshot. 
  • Strong abilities for identifying and recommending improvements that will enhance the efficiency of systems, data integrity, and/or level of customer support. 
  • Be able to support the People Operations Manager to drive the alignment, clean up and maintenance of information on the systems. 
  • Drive People Operations process automation to increase efficiencies, effectiveness and reduce manual work.  
  • Ability to develop reports to ensure accurate system of record for the headcount under their scope area.
  • Advanced level of English.

Minimum years experience required

  • 3 years of relevant experience.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
