The team is responsible for the oversight, completion and monitoring of day-to-day quality and compliance activities that support the Firm's shared responsibility strategy towards compliance and for determining accountability where issues may exist.

Minimum Years of Experience:
1 year(s) of relevant experience in the following areas:
Previous background in DAT related engagements or a strong Internal Audit background with both operational and IT control related experience
Experience with walkthroughs, including assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
This individual will be responsible for reviewing controls and processes over quality delivery of consulting services at our Acceleration Centers and assessing these controls through design walkthroughs and the testing of operating effectiveness. These assessments will be done through interviewing process owners, inspecting control and process documentation, and understanding the firm policies that guide them. This individual should also be able to document walkthroughs and testing effectively as well as be able to report on the results to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Previous background in DAT related engagements or a strong Internal Audit background with both operational and IT control related experience
Experience with walkthroughs, including assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managing large data sets including weekly tracking of new and existing engagements, initiating communications with engagement teams, following up with delinquent responses from engagement teams and escalating within OFRO team as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (emphasis on Excel) to design professional presentations and reports
Ability to team, including establishing on-going meetings with multiple teams executing engagements at the same time, conducting calls and responding to email queries
Demonstrates extensive ability to communicate effectively to all levels both in writing and verbally.
Self-starter and self-motivated. Demonstrates extensive ability to work independently, schedule and organize work effectively Attention to detail and being detailed oriented is mandatory
Strong initiative and proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing initiatives.
To assist with the Operations of Consulting Risk Management within OFRO. Responsibilities would include:
General project management support (work plan development/updating, status reporting, issues tracking, meeting scheduling,
Leveraging digital acumen and technical skills in project management and process improvements;
Supporting OFRO in Consulting Solutions initiatives as they arise;
Identifying, socializing and implementing continuous improvement opportunities;
Supporting project requests and resource management across functions to provide for strategic alignment against staffing needs and overall initiatives;
Executing program governance.
