2 years of relevant experience

Demonstrates knowledge and experience recruiting internal function profiles including but not limited to the fo llowing activities :

  • Recruiting for diverse function al profilest, levels a nd skill s.

  • C onducting full life cycle recruitment of assigned profiles.

  • M anag ing hiring manager expectations and communications.

  • R eview ing job description s and Workday posting s.

  • Scheduling i nterview s for assigned recruit ing team.

  • Presenting job offer recommendations and closure of candidates.

  • Analyzing and reporting data.

  • Ensur ing candidates are consistently and objectively evaluated according to established firm standards and processes.

  • Focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Maintain ing real time candidate tracking and systems data integrity in Workday.

  • Sourcing talent through recruitment sources according to the recruitment strategy in each Segment/Sector (job boards, social networks, etc.).

  • Selecting t alent by evaluating potential candidates and identi fying their skills, knowle dge, exper ience and characteristics aligned to the business needs.

  • Identif ying , screen ing , interview ing and presentation of candidate slates to the business.

  • Maintain ing close communication with candidates during the complete recruitment process and giv ing an update of the process.

  • S cheduling of interviews , experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, reporting experience including being able to pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports, build dashboard, maintain spreadsheets and other tools.
