Preferred skills Bachelor´s Degree. Advanced English Level. Experienced: 10 years in the role/area.

Functions and Responsibilities: Lead and drive the full recruitment process including hiring manager communication, job description preparation and posting, direct sourcing, screening, talent assessment, interview coordination requests, and selling the Firm brand from offer negotiation, to closing and onboarding. Implement multi-faceted Talent Acquisition strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to Hiring Leaders.

Accurate and timely maintenance of data in Workday. Ability to build long term, value-add relationships with prospects to include managing candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected. Monitor and manage costs associated with the recruiting budget, agency relationships and recruiting risk management.

Assess business needs and talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs and tools that support of business objectives. Manage and analyze TA indicators and monitoring metrics such as SLA and time to fill. Makes decisions and serves as the main point of contact regarding the operation and monitoring of the area of ??
