In your new role you will: Secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers Drive new business opportunities through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, video conferencing, web), and with the ability to support in-person when required (e.g., with FAE support) Support with conducting research on leads , develop understanding of prospect needs , and help with the active development of opportunities both inbound and outbound Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty using digital tools Prepare quotes and price negotiations Contribute to design-win, business-win, and revenue growth for assigned customers Assist with the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential Prioritize day-to-day activities independently & prepare customer interactions based on data & analytics Update sales management systems for core activities (e.g.: CRM) Assume full ownership of accounts and manage stakeholder communications You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Economics, Business Administration , Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment Basic Account Management skills Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Remote selling experience and analytical skills Basic digital ambassadorship and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve) Knowledge of semiconductor products/applications Great interpersonal and negotiation skills Good communication skills in English , both oral and written Was wir Ihnen in Guadalajara bieten Möglichkeit für Coaching, Mentoring & Netzwerken Trainingsangebot & strukturierte Entwicklungsplanung Verschiedene Karrierepfade: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Gesundheitsleistungen Sozialberatung & Betriebsarzt Gesundheits- & Vorsorgeprogramme Fitness-Center Cafeteria Arbeitgeberfinanzierte betriebliche Altersvorsorge Erfolgsbonus Barrierefreiheit Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
