Description
- Manage customer orders for US, EMEA, and Mexico supporting all locations. Act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for LATAM and Mexico customers.
- Maintain customer profiles, update price book, and update customer codes.
- Manage customer emails daily, responding to customer's inquiries by e-mail or phone, and setting reminders for those that require follow up.
- Maintain sales order related records, enter Purchase Orders into the system, confirm orders with Operations/Global logistics, ensure operations have all relevant customer information for shipping and confirm orders to customer.
- Provide Logistics support including:
- Creating pick-up information (PUI) documentation for customers and carriers.
- Assist reaching Logistics with urgent requests when materials arrive before documentation.
- Manage and address customer requests in internal systems as well as customer appointed systems (portals).
- Respond to product and service inquiries treating all customer emails as priority, responding promptly using clear subject headings.
- Coordinate customer documentation requests with cross functional teams and internal and external requests for information via customer deliverable and cases.
- Request certifications as required from QA, QC and regulatory.
- Identify changes in customer order habits and escalate to the Business Development Manager as needed.
- Confirm any shipping date changes with customers.
- Process freight claims and returns.
Profile
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Two years of direct Customer Service experience working in process manufacturing in either food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical preferred.
- Preferable but not mandatory experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to:
- Read, write, comprehend written, electronic, spoken instructions, memos, correspondence, communicate verbally by phone and electronically in a professional manner.
- Ability to communicate confidently, concisely, constructively, and empathically.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one, large and small group environments to customers, clients, or other employees.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Job Offer
- Salary: $30,000 MXN
- Premium Vacation/Vacation Bonus: 25% of salary
