Primary purpose of the position:
Provides administrative support for the Accounts Payable function as directed.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Process Aerosol, Beverage and Corporate invoices in KTA, K2 and JDE.
- Reviews, resolves and inputs Fallout invoices into JDE.
- Inputs Pedimentos and Detention Accounts Payable invoices into JDE.
- Researches and resolves Accounts Payable problems.
- Calculates and process invoices with sales taxes for the corresponding plants.
- Prepares and inputs month-end Accounts Payable accruals into JDE.
- Prepares and inputs vendor debit memos in JDE.
- Verifies that all Accounts Payable documents are scanned into JDE.
- Disburses checks that require special handling (Corp).
- Scan UUID codes into JDE for Mexican plants.
- Accesses, inputs and retrieves information from the computer.
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Initiates, reviews and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.
Key stakeholders:
Sourcing, Treasury, Warehouse, plant controllers and General accounting
Professional & Education Qualification
- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through collage. Desired Job related experience for 1 year(s) minimum
