·Works on tasks as defined by process / departments (where employee is assigned)
·Provides administrative support for the process
·Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process/technical expertise
·Past due collections
·Distribute invoice copies
·Communicates collections results /issues with the Team Lead or Collections Manager
·Analyze Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure compliance with payment application
·Reviews and monitors delinquent accounts as assigned.
·Provides various monthly reporting of collections activity of assigned accounts as determined by management.
·Fluent in English spoken and written.
·Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·Knowledge of general accounting principles
·Attention to details
·Focus on results.
·Work under pressure
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
