Important company dedicated to the food sector (manufacturing and marketing of sweets) is looking for:

NetSuite Admin – Monterrey, Mexico 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage NetSuite at newly opened subsidiary 

  • Work with process owners to understand and support their use of NetSuite 

  • Assist with analysis, reporting, continuous improvement, change management, and support for optimal usage of NetSuite 

  • Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security, and integrity. 

  • Act as a liaison between management, accounting, production, operations, and shipping 

  • Recommend changes to business processes and system configurations 

  • Provide assistance to the Accounting team for audit requests 

  • Develop and support NetSuite Company-wide upgrades 

  • Support end-users NetSuite related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner 

  • Test and deploy customizations, custom object, functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs 

  • Provide support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with NetSuite users on issues that cannot be initially resolved  

  • Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles. 

  • Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and user roles to support business requirements 

  • Monitor and help ensure data quality and reporting timeliness 

  • Willingness to assist in performing daily clerical tasks when needed 

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements 

  • Must be bilingual (Spanish – English)  

  • 4+ years’ experience in NetSuite  

  • NetSuite certificates strongly preferred 

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus. 

  • OneWorld/multicurrency/multi-subsidiary experience preferred 

  • Strong understanding of general ledger, billing, payments, advance revenue management including revenue recognition, amortization, planning, audits, and tax reporting 

  • Experience with Work Orders and BOMs 

  • Knowledge and experience with WMS (design, implementation, and on-going support) 

  • Exposure to using handheld scanning devices to improve efficiency 

  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash process 

  • Hands-on proficiency with Procure to Pay process 

  • Experience supporting the finance department with NetSuite 

  • Accounting background or experience supporting accounting team 

  • Previous experience with NetSuite integrations a plus 

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. 

  • Familiar with accounting and NetSuite best practices. 

  • Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

  • Fully proficient in customizing record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, dashboards, NetSuite data model, and advanced PDF/HTML templates 

  • Ability to code using SuiteTalk REST Web Services API desirable  

  • Knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics a plus.
