Didi is searching for an experienced facilities analyst to support the Administration & Facilities Manager by ensuring that our Driver Centers adhere to the local legislation and to Didi´s safety standards, maintenance and cleaning procedures across Mexico and other countries of Spanish-speaking LATAM. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, supporting in the maintenance and refurbishment works, maintaining records, supporting with administrative tasks, supervising facilities staff and ensure that the all the permits licenses and/or authorizations in administrative matters are compliant with the local legislation. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities operation, processes, and facilities-related equipment maintenance.

  • Support in the daily operation of the facilities.
  • Provides administrative support such as purchase order creation, vendor payment submissions, reports and expenditures related to the sites.
  • Collect, analyze, and report statistical data to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives.
  • Supervise teams of staff, including cleaning, maintenance and other contractors.
  • Ensure that buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with local legislation ( permits licenses and/or authorizations). Bring support on the proceedings.
  • Identify areas that can make the building more efficient and cost effective.
  • Participate on the forecasting and budgetary control.
  • Assist during the renovations or refurbishments projects.
  • Maintain inventory records and files.
  • Bachelor degree. Engineering/bachelor degree in architecture, facilities management or related would be a plus.
  • At least 3 years working in a related position.
  • Knowledge in HSE, and government paperwork/formalities in Mexico (other LATAM countries would be a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with ability to create and maintain synergy with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dead-line-driven environment
  • Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure
  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English, to work in a diversifying and international culture.
