Office supplies and environmental management: Responsible for implementing office management regulations across various business units, including monitoring the execution of regulations, planning and constructing future organizational system processes and rules.
Organizing company-level meetings: Communicating and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth meetings; drafting and managing meeting minutes.
Document management: Timely handling and dispatch of documents for circulation and reporting; maintaining records and archiving of incoming and outgoing documents.
External and ad-hoc responsibilities: Handling external communication affairs for the company; assisting department leaders in dealing with temporary events.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirement
Combining administrative tasks, Front Desk reception, and coordinating with domestic operations in the background.
Attractive in appearance.
Fluent in communication, open to recent graduates, and proficient in Chinese.
