Data and Inventory Control Administrator

Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized administrative professional with experience in Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing databases accurately, and have advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with our international clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update databases of clients, inventories, and suppliers.

Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales and procurement team to ensure product availability.

Communicate with clients and suppliers in English, both via email and phone.

Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in inventory control and database management.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.

Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferably, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
