We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level IV - Logistics to join our team specializing in XBU LOGISTIC & FREIGHT for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Audit of invoices, review of corporate name.

-Validation of correct taxes.

-Validation of rates according to contracts.

-Registration of invoices, generation of purchase orders.

-Review of account statements.

-Closing: month-end closings to review expenses vs. annual operating plan.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, tables, invoice information management).

-Data analysis.

-Knowledge in payment to suppliers.

-ARIBA, ORACLE,
