Skills and knowledge that the student will acquire during practice:
- Student in the last semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills:
- Good proficiency in Office Suite: Excel (Pivot tables, financial formulas, etc.), Word, PowerPoint.
- Preferably knowledge in project analysis.
It is expected that at the end of their Internship the student will be able to:
- Technical development of the Service scope in response to the RFP sent by the client, which includes: Service scope, economic proposal (price), and financial conditions.
- Follow-up on approvals from the areas of: Purchasing, pricing, Credit, and Bonds (Finance).
- Delivery of approved (won) proposal information to Delivery.
- Entry of signed Contract - Support for documenting project billing and to support Revenue Recognition.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Excellent spelling.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Intermediate use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Conversational English.
- Recently graduated or in the last semesters of a degree related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
Main activities:
