Our client is a leading OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in the automotive industry, known for their innovative and high-quality vehicles. With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, they are expanding their After Sales Parts team and are looking for a dynamic and motivated After Sales Parts District Junior Manager to join their team.

As the After Sales Parts District Junior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of parts distribution and customer support within your designated district. You will work closely with the After Sales Parts Manager to oversee the delivery of genuine parts and accessories to our clients dealerships, providing critical support for their customers and dealers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our clients OEM organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Parts Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of genuine parts and accessories within the district, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  2. Dealer Support: Collaborate with dealerships to understand their parts requirements, address any issues, and provide necessary training and support to enhance their parts sales operations.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the authenticity and quality of parts supplied, adhering to the companys standards and guidelines.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders efficiently, coordinate deliveries, and track order status to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  5. Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims related to parts, striving to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize parts sales and profitability.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the After Sales Parts Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing and promotional activities to boost parts sales.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
