SUMMARY OF ROLE
Generate new orders for the Companys products, systems and services to meet booking and shipment goals in the assigned territory.Develop new customer Directly or teamingup with OEMs, System Integrators Distributors.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Stay current on all Control Techniques CT and KB Electronics KBE products from a technical, applications, pricing and selling benefits standpoint. Generate and present to customers, written quotations for CTKBE products, systems and services using current pricing and sales policies.Develop and maintain a sales plan for the area that meets or exceeds the shipment objective and grows market share within the assigned territory. This includes development of NEW direct accounts, especially OEM type, as a complement to those customers developed by distributors, representatives or integrators.Manage representatives or integrators, if they exist in a territory, and develop the distributor network within assigned territory, including evaluation of new distributor candidates and organization of sales application product training activities.Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast and target account pipeline by customer and distributor within assigned territory. Present an update of this pipeline monthly, using the company CRM system.Learn to demonstrate CT KBE equipment and train customers in applications, features and benefits of products and how they compare to competitive products.Follow up on all leads.Assist with CT sponsored trade shows as requested.Support distributors with mutual sales calls and training.Keep marketing and management abreast of all competitive activity and market development in district.Provide reliable new order forecasts for CTKBE products and systems and meet or exceed those forecasts.Develop a target account list for area and strategy to achieve sales of CT and KBE products in each account.Document in companys CRM and to manager andor appropriate personnel all significant communications or sales calls with customers.Enter weekly appointment activity details into the companys CRM per Sales Department Policy.Develop knowledge of competitive products and strategy for competing.Learn and follow current CTKBE Sales processes including sales policies.Keep expenses in line with budget for area.Bolsa de trabajo México ofrecemos puesto de
