TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products,
systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
Responsibilities:
• They will be an automotive NA point of contact and establish relationships with distributor teams and key engineering stakeholders at channel served customers.
• Manage inbound & outbound inquiries from all distribution stakeholders
• Support distribution market managers (DMMs) to drive mindshare and promotion of Automotive products among distributor teams
• Provide support to automotive NA Sales organization in the management of key distribution focused initiatives requiring engagement from cross functional BU teams
• Provide support to the Automotive NA business by creating/developing new sales & product analysis tools to drive growth through the distribution channel for automotive product, and continually improve on indirect sales strategy.
• Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with distributors & customers and gains their trust and respect.
Requirements:
• Distribution channels experience preferred
• Familiarity with connectors products and electrical components.
• Sales/Engineering experience in the connector industry a plus.
****English Communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong strategy development and program management experience and the ability to influence the direction and output of multiple cross disciplinary teams
• A track record of consistently delivering against financial and business objectives
• Requires demonstrated understanding of the interaction of marketing, finance, operations, logistics and customer relations at every level of the organization
• The individual must be energetic and highly results driven
