About the role

• Will provide operational and finance recommendations to make agile and speed decisions to achieve Agriculture Diageo goals, strategy, and ambition.
• Coordinate and prepare the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast for the support and indirect areas, working with each cost center owner (main partners).
• Work with the Finance Agriculture team and Share Service Center, preparing the monthly Business Performance Review for the support areas, providing an explanation about variance vs Annual Plan, Latest Estimation and Last Year.
• Prepare and present business case according to innovation projects, 2030 agenda, and vendors related.
• The Finance Business Integration Partner will work on the compliant, efficient, and effective management of financial assets and resources in line with business strategy and operational requirements.
• Develop finance control reports supporting the adequate execution of budget, efficiency, and process, like land management, plantation and replanting plans, inventory management, headcount reconciliation, personal transportation, etc.
• Coordinate and executive the physical inventories for Biological Assets, Agrochemicals, Tools & Spare Parts in each Agriculture warehouse.
• Champion a robust control environment ensuring compliance with Control Assurance and Risk Management (CARM) and GAR Processes. Constantly strive to improve forecast, accounting & control processes, and champion the Code of Business Conduct.
• Provides advice and mentorship as well as ensuring appropriate financial governance and controls are in place.

Experience & Skills required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineer, Economist.
• Have 5 years of experience as a Controlling & Accounting, Finance Control Environment, Finance Business Partner, and Finance Planning & Forecasting.
• Expert in Excel. Have SAP knowledge and Power BI desired.
• Advance in English
• Develop and built Ad hoc finance reports and analysis.
• Have strong accounting and forecast skill as well as the ability to work with different teams and levels.
• Be hands-on and a professional with the attitude to build and improve processes, manage the continued improvement mindset.
