Alliances Director and Strategic Partnerships - SAP Tricentis is experiencing accelerated growth, and we are enhancing our Alliances team to help us scale. The Director of Alliances and strategic Partnerships is an important role in helping to lead Tricentis' interactions with the largest GSI partners. This person will be a dynamic leader who has experience in playing a leading role with both strategic partnerships and sales executives.

Tricentis is looking for a person who can grow with the company as we continue to expand. Responsibilities: Build a network of relationships with a key GSI partner for Tricentis to enhance lead generation with their customers in the SAP Eco-System but beyond for Salesforce, Oracle etc. Work with Tricentis management and sales leaders to develop joint go-to-market strategies and offerings and drive their execution in the SAP Eco-system

Work with marketing to plan and execute events, campaigns, newsletter, etc. for brand recognition and generate leads Collaborate with the Tricentis leadership to build executive cadences with key partners in the SAP Ecosystem Be a trusted advisor for the regional sales teams in how to collaborate with the GSI partner for a deal As the position is ideally near SAP HQ in Walldorf fluent language skills in Native German and English are preferred.

Establish a strategic partner go-to-market plan for the managed lines of business, drive its execution and secure its success. Take advantage of market opportunities, including establishment of new offerings or entering new markets together with the Line of Businesses. Strategic & cross-organizational leadership: Orchestrate a strong network and leverage all sales / non-sales functions as well as organizational areas to support the whole Tricentis value-chain.

Qualifications Minimum 9 years of relevant strategic partnership management/business development experience Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships Prior background in software and SaaS Experience with cloud computing and cloud providers, preferably with SAP and deep knowledge on how large digital transformation projects need to be managed. Ability to create and cultivate relationships with strategic decision makers Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with large and small audiences Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, unquestionable ethics and integrity and a readiness to take calculated risk Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment Knowing what we need to achieve andhowto achieve it is important.
