Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Administer, manage, analyze, register and ensure accounting information of Fixed Assets and Capex Project Control, prepare and facilitate financial certificates and executive reports for LAB - CASA Business units

Your Impact

As a Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analystyour functions would consist of:

  • Accounting for movements requested by the Comptroller's Office of each BU.
  • Process and confirm modifications to Master Data requested by our clients.
  • Support in the generation of depreciation projection reports ensuring that the figures are correct and timely delivery.
  • Ensure Obtaining of missing invoices that protect the ownership of the company's assets.
  • Ensure reconciliation and integration of accounting accounts for Investment, Depreciation, Expenses, Construction in Process and those related to Accounting Standards.
  • Generate financial information of the movements related to assets and projects in the month for its reporting in HFM ( Q´s Shedules)
  • Analyze Information on Fixed Assets to internal Clients.
  • Participate in innovation and improvement projects for the area.
  • Prepare information required by SOX audits and certifications.
  • Punctual monitoring of projects to capitalize the assets acquired and mention any risk that may arise according to the policy
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree - Accounting / Administrative Field.

Experience

  • Experience of 1 - 3 years in Accounting - Financial areas.
  • Language: English - Intermediate- advanced.
  • Use of Excel (intermediate - advanced), Power Point, Word. Desirable management of SAP.
  • Teamwork.
