Misión del puesto:
Gestionar correctamente todos los procesos del Registro Público Vehicular para autobuses y camiones.
Brindar apoyo administrativo en el plan de facturación anual y dar cumplimiento a requerimientos legales y del cliente en la comercialización de Autobuses.
Principales funciones:
Analista de Administración de Ventas de autobuses:
• Tener conocimiento del plan de entregas y de facturación de unidades.
• Actuar como enlace en la comunicación entre diferentes áreas de la compañía con el propósito de apoyar a que se agilicen los diferentes procesos de la facturación y la entrega de las unidades.
• Verificar el cumplimiento y vigencias de la información de los expedientes de LEY ANTILAVADO.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de la documentación de Ventas y calcas de todas las operaciones de autobuses.
• Validación de las de órdenes de venta en SAP.
• Validación del proceso de cancelación y refacturación.
• Apoyo para gestionar autorizaciones de salidas de las unidades de la planta.
• Administrar, analizar y controlar la información de las órdenes de venta dando seguimiento oportuno para su facturación.
• Asegurar el envío de cartas factura y de emisiones en tiempo oportuno.
• Soporte a cliente o áreas involucradas para aclaraciones por detenciones o validaciones de documentos.
REPUVE autobuses y camiones:
• Asegurar elaboración de Glosario de Términos c/5 años o cada que haya un nuevo modelo.
• Responsable de tener la base de datos de usuarios y de la red de distribuidores actualizada.
• Elaboración de acta para solicitar nuevas constancias de inscripción, así como su recepción y control de folios.
• Asignación y control de las constancias por unidad de negocio (Autobuses Volvo y Camiones Mack), con sus respectivos acuses de entrega.
• Inscripción de autobuses y camiones nuevos en la plataforma de REPUVE.
• Asegurar el proceso para el aviso de venta a cliente final de los autobuses Volvo y camiones Mack.
• Monitoreo del alta exitosa por vehículo.
• Investigar la situación de las constancias no inscritas, (Dañadas/Reemplazadas/Canceladas/Extraviadas), y reportar su situación a través de elaboración de escritos.
• Acudir a Oficialía de partes REPUVE para dar seguimiento a las respuestas de los escritos y así poder archivarlos para dar soporte a clientes y validar los cambios en la plataforma.
• Auditoria de unidades facturadas vs, inscripciones en REPUVE.
Competencias técnicas: Conocimiento administrativo de Ventas y conocimiento del producto (Autobuses y Camiones). Experiencia en trámites gubernamentales.
Software: Excel intermedio (fórmulas, bases de datos, etc.) SAP módulo SD.
Inglés: intermedio
