Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Contribute to the fulfillment of PepsiCo's objectives through active participation in the development and implementation of human resources and business strategies. These strategies allow us to guarantee and maximize working relationships with employees, as well as the continuity of the operation. Responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating human talent, seeking to maintain a good work environment that ensures the proper functioning of employee activities.

Your Impact

As an HHRR Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Identify opportunities and design action plans in order to continue transforming the Talent agenda of the Region
  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of key Human Resources indicators (Absenteeism, accidents, rotation, job demands and vacancy coverage), in order to have stable workforces that allow business objectives to be achieved
  • Ensure the correct execution of basic Human Resources processes (Registrations, terminations, transfers, work risks, demands, etc.).
  • Coordinate the application of the Organizational Climate Survey, guaranteeing 100% employee participation.
  • Guarantee the personnel development agenda and the succession of key positions in the short, medium and long term.
  • Guarantee compliance with the labor guidelines stipulated by law.
  • Comply with and enforce Quality, Food Safety, Industrial Safety and Environment policies.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • +3 years of experience as Human Resources Generalist **mandatory**
  • Advanced English (fluent conversational) **mandatory**
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS and Infonavit
  • SAP + Kronos (desirable)
