Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is looking for Revenue Analyst . Develop, maintain and analyze production reports as needed to provide business performance reviews, hotel pricing/yielding results, mix of business optimization studies, marketing and customer behavior, competitive intelligence, forecasting and statistical data, budgeting support, etc. You will report to Director of Revenue. It is required to have permission for work in México.

Requirements:

1. College degree.

2. Computer literate (Knowledge of Opera, IDeas, and other Operating systems an asset)

3. Excellent verbal skills in English, proficiency in another language is helpful.

4. Previous experience in Reservations or Sales and Marketing required

5. Previous Group Rooms Coordinator or Rooms Controller experience preferred

6. Expertise in advanced MS Excel required

7.Proficient with PowerPoint

We expect from you :

1. Assist the Director of Revenue with daily rate and inventory management. Able to cover all functions of revenue management in the absence of the Director of Revenue.

2. Update weekly Forecast and Yield reports, attend, and contribute to the respective meetings.

3. Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports as needed to provide business performance reviews, hotel pricing/yielding results, mix of business optimization studies, marketing and customer behavior, competitive intelligence, forecasting and statistical data, budgeting support, etc. Conduct ad-hoc reports as needed.

4. Supports the Group and Leisure sales teams on making the best business decisions relating to pricing, ancillary spend, displacement, concessions, and liabilities.

5. Actively participates in daily RevMax Meetings and weekly Pipeline Meetings to evaluate optimal mix of business.

6. Monitors and ensures rate integrity between Fourseasons.com and all other distribution channels. Work with the WRO Distribution and Central Systems Support teams to ensure the resort has optimal website display for rates and promotions.

7. Monitor the OTA market segments; set and review production goals, and monitor on-line content for best compliance scores, placement, and exposure.

8. Provide reporting and analyst commentaries to all revenue generating departments, especially F&B, Boutique, Spa, and Golf as needed.

9. Responsible for implementing revenue management practices in especially F&B, Boutique, Spa, and Golf across the Hotel to increase profitable revenue.

10. Perform benchmark analysis for Rooms, F&B, Boutique, Spa, and Golf

11. Partner with Reservations Manager to reviews group cut-off dates to ensure proper inventory is being sold and participate in weekly Group Pick-Up Meetings with the Group Coordinator and Conference Service Management team.

12. Enforce the established room and rate availability guidelines in order to maximize

occupancy and revenue.

13. Supports the Front Office, ResComm and Guest Experience Departments as needed with prospect business or current business on the books.

14. Works closely with and supports the functions of the Group Rooms Coordinator

15. Gatekeeper to create and maintain rate codes for all published rates, packages and promotions in Opera and IDeaS. Liaise with WRO Distribution to ensure parity for all selling channels.

16. Assist in maintaining all revenue management related systems; IDeaS, RevFinder/Microstragety, Opera PMS, Revenue Plan, AVERO, Spasoft, FOCUS

17. Partner with Director of Revenue to host revenue management or sales related training classes.

18. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

19. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
