El Analista de Atracción de Talento es responsable de Identificar y atraer al mejor talento bajo un enfoque consultivo que contribuya al logro de objetivos de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Proceso de E2E de reclutamiento para posiciones Masivas
- Publicación de vacantes en bolsas de trabajo
- Seguimiento de vacantes en corporativo
- Búsqueda de cartera
- Entrevista inicial,profunda y telefónicas
- Entrevistas de salida

Qualifications
- Lic. en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o a fin.
- 1-3 años de experiencia en reclutamiento masivo.
- Inglés intermedio
- Conocimiento de entrevista por competencias
- Habilidades de consultoría con respecto al mapeo de talentos y client management
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo
- Disponibilidad para viajar
