Dirección The main responsibilities of the role are to:
• Support Integration Platforms, resolved platform and integration issues.
• Monitor production system to ensure it is operating in a manner consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Take lead during remediation of priority incidents and update stakeholders and partners as appropriate in alignment in AstraZeneca priority communication process.
• Proactive in identifying areas for process improvement or finding opportunities for Automation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business groups
• Liaise with multiple stake holders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors for resolving issues and potential process improvements
Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
Proficient in English
Basic Knowledge : Java, .NET or other programming language, SQL or any RDBMS
ITIL knowledge
MS Office Excel
Good service attitude
Optional Experience (Nice to have skills)
Coupa experience or another finance system (Newgen, Ariba)
SNOW or other ticketing tool knowledge (Remedy, HPSM)
Oracle or SQL Server
Reporting skills
Experience with technologies such as: JDBC, Data, REST, SOAP, Java, APIs, VMs, Perl, JSON, XML, XSD, RAML, OAS.
Educational Qualifications
Any specific Bachelor’s Degree candidate must have. Or any specific institutions he/she must pass out from
• Engineering Degree / Masters in Computer Science
OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 Years in IT
