Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position, based in Mexico office :
Application Support Analyst
What can you expect?
Your role as Application Support Analyst is to investigate, triage, diagnose and resolve issues, working with clients (primarily internal, occasionally external), other IT departments and suppliers as appropriate;
Helps to provide support until tickets are resolved. You will assist in troubleshooting activities to resolve issues reported by users, as well as troubleshoot system-triggered alerts and triage issues to the appropriate technology groups.
You will support business critical applications; ensures monitoring is in place, identifies and reports on service issues, and formulates proposals for problem resolutions and / or improvements.
You will ensure all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).
This role is responsible to support business applications using Unqork platform.

We will count on you :
- Perform complex and challenging troubleshooting activities to resolve issues reported by users, as well as troubleshoot system-triggered alerts and triage complex issues to the appropriate technology groups
- Carry out application management, including monitoring and maintenance (installation, configuration, administration) of applications and services
- Support business critical applications; ensure monitoring is in place, identify and report on service issues, and formulate proposals for problem resolutions and / or improvements
- Manage application performance and availability and compliance as per MMC standards
- Provide on-call support for business critical applications during non-core hours
- Act as a SPOC between onsite and offshore team for one or more applications
- Guide team about right contacts for the given subject
- Act as a point of escalation for both onsite and offshore team
What you need to have :
- 2-3 Years of overall IT work experience with working knowledge on Unqork platform
- Associate’s / bachelor’s degree in computer or software development (JAVA) or related field from an accredited college / university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Good to have ITIL certification.

- Possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
