Role and Responsibilities
We’re currently seeking a full-time Application Support Associate II to improve customer’s experience with Radian Generation’s software offerings. You will collaborate on a team that is designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the toolset available to developers, owners, and operators of renewable energy generation and storage assets around the world.
Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related web Application Support and data professional experience, including an understanding and appreciation of SaaS cloud delivered software, data integration, contract administration, and remote collaboration.
Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly with both internal personnel and clients to translate complex issues and requirements into actionable next steps and deliverables. They must be highly organized with the ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects.
Preferred Experience
- Receive and fulfill Application Support requests from wide range of customer stakeholders
- Document application use procedures and deliver to internal / external audiences
- Troubleshoot expansive software catalog with complex data
- On-demand and scheduled software training to end customers
- Participate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Document activity and coordinate via Project Management systems
- Support and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow-up
Required Qualification & Education
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
- Proven capability to work on a remote team
- Knowledgeable of SDLC and specifically web applications
- Excels at coordinating efforts via Trello and Jira
- Analytical problem-solving mindset
- Excellent technical communication skills (verbal, written) for range of audience (low-tech to high-tech)
- Present information to both in-house and client audiences
- Be able to both lead and take direction as an effective team player
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard office and project management software
- Ethical, responsible, and reliable
