Function: Marketing / SalesNote: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.Main Responsibilities•    Works- to achieve sales and profitability goals within a defined area through Deere, independent channels, and strategic accounts.
•    Identifies new business and potential growth opportunities.
•    Conducts customer visits, monitors competitor activity, provides feedback on business conditions, and makes new product recommendations.
•    Ensures compliance with company policies and sales programs.
•    Mentors and coaches less experienced members of the sales team.
•    Quotes and sells parts according to customer needs.
•    Gathers and analyzes market and competitive intelligence and makes recommendations for multiple countries, currencies, and markets.
•    Identifies new market opportunities and offerings and creates sales and marketing strategies to enter new markets.
•    Works with retail and wholesale distributors to develop stocking recommendations.
•    Trains dealers and customers on use of systems and processes.
•    Make recommendations to management on new accounts and exiting underperforming accounts in each area and assists in Entry / exit activities for dealers / customers.
•    Coaches, mentors, and trains Sales Representatives may supervise a small sales branch / distribution center.What Skills You Need•    Advanced English Skills.
