What you will do

Asistente Administrativo PSV

Objetivo: Tener el control y oportuno seguimiento al cierre de órdenes por garantías, goodwill, contratos de mantenimiento etc.

Actividades:
. Asegurar que los reclamos que se generan por reparaciones diversas en las unidades sean cargados y aceptados en tiempo
. Dar oportuno seguimiento para cerrar las órdenes atendiendo las dudas y/o información complementaria que se requiera.
  • Compartir semana a semana los avances actualizados de los reclamos y reportes.
  • Levantamiento de reclamos en los sistemas UCHP, Assit etc.
  • Recabar los documentos necesarios de acuerdo con cada reclamo para el correcto seguimiento.
  • Realizar reportes de las ordenes abiertas identificando los estatus de cada uno de ellos para el seguimiento con las áreas responsables para su solución.
  • Tener el control de toda la documentación de los reclamos para atender las auditorias.
  • Apoyar en actividades administrativas a los puntos de servicio Volvo
