Essential Job Functions
- Develops, applies and maintains test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
- Estimates testing requirements for input into planning efforts.
- Communicates test estimate, test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
- Ensures that new software meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
- Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting.
- Leads bug triage and root cause analysis.
- Captures and interprets user session data for workflows in production and non-production environments
- Develops, debugs, and maintains automated tests for new and existing tests.
- Plans and performs functional and regression testing.
- Troubleshoots automation script errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience working with web applications and\or SaaS applications in an agile\scrum environment.
- 3+ years of experience testing web services.
- Experience with test automation activities.
