En tu rol de Agente de mantenimiento, responderás solicitudes, resolverás problemas y seguirás el proceso de aprobación relacionado al mantenimiento de flotillas en un call center. Con base en tu experiencia mecánica apoyarás a nuestros clientes en la toma de decisiones acerca del cuidado de sus vehículos. Gestionarás garantías, soportes técnicos, seguimientos y descuentos con los proveedores (OEM´s, Agencias, Talleres y llanteras), relizaras pagos a proveedores terceros.
Calificaciones
-Educación y Experiencia
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica Automotriz, Ingenieria en sistemas Automotrices o afines
- Deseable dos años de experiencia en áreas de postventa en empresa automotriz (Taller, agencia, arrendadora, armadora) o como administrador de flotilla en alguna empresa.
- Ingles 50%-60%
- Conocimientos y Competencias
- Manejo de Microsoft Office
- Habilidades de Negociación y comunicación
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Agilidad en la ejecucion de sus funciones
- Colaboración con otras áreas
- Honestidad y responsabilidad
