Supports or manages day to day learning program and/or process requirements. Collects learning data regarding the programs they support, analyzes the data and provides recommendations that guide direction for learning process improvement. Delivers on recommended courses (i.e. new hire) and ensures documentation remains current. May lead targeted training for new skills sets and refresher classes. Assists with other learning needs to include compliance and other specialty projects. Provides customer service to various internal clients regarding learning programs through client conversations and in partnership with other learning professionals on the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support/ facilitate learning programs and processes in partnership with learning consultants. Includes management of classes and delivering content (60% of time)

• Gathers learning data and provides recommendations for options in support of a client needs; supports identification of process improvements (25% of time)

• Communicates with clients and act as subject matter expert for any learning management systems or processes (15% of time)

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Previous experience in human resources (training), project management, and facilitation of learning events

• Experience in conducting analysis of learning event data and researching various education channels to then provide recommendations for enhancements/changes
