What We Need

We are looking for a Licensing Associate - Title Vault Resolution who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Licensing Associate – Title Vault Resolution , you will be responsible for ensuring all titles are available for various transactions such as state transfers and vehicle sales. Additionally, that the titles are in the correct name and eligible for funding and sale.

A Day in the Life:

Follow processing procedures for locating missing titles and processing title corrections and duplicate titles as needed for upcoming sales.

Communication with clients, vendors, DMV’s and other Element departments to assist with researching the location of titles via phone and email.

Maintain accurate records of electronic titles through ELT Vendors.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in an administrative area or related.

2-3 years professional experience in office environment

MS Office (Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data and Word – ability to create documents)

Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detail

Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
