ASSOCIATE PROJECT ENGINEER

Supports engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Completes the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

This position reports to

Senior Project Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Performs basic survey work, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks.
  • Collects data and supports production of the engineering design.
  • Assists customers on technical issues, interacts with official contacts, contractors, and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables.
  • Participates in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes
  • Reports process and tool inefficiencies, along with suggesting ideas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with the Supply Chain function and the Project Manager(s) to meet the contractual obligations.
  • Updates the engineering deliverables as-built.

    • Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Administrator, Administrative Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related.
  • One year of experience in related positions.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel) and AutoCad 2D (Electricad).
  • Knowledge in Electrical Diagrams.
  • Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Solidworks and 3D Design is desirable.
  • Advanced English level.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
