The Team:

The Marketing Team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of identifying market opportunities in line with the brand strategy, as well as having the understanding and recommendations regarding prices and margin

The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking an Assistant Brand Manager. 

What Your Impact Will Be

• Support in the execution of the strategy for the expansion of the business. 
• Support in the development of the media strategy for all brands.
• Support in the analysis of market and competitive environment to help towards the selection of product line and definition of needs with the global team.
• Support in the planning and execution of marketing activities to raise awareness of the products in the portfolio.                                                                                
• Identify local opportunities in line with brand strategy.
• Coordination of activations with the licenses that integrate the portfolio.
