PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION
Descripción de puesto
Asegurar la calidad del producto a través del control del proceso y de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos, siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Verificación y Recibo de materiales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y estándares internos basados en los procedimientos aplicables a Control Plan (especificación de Ingeniería).
- Inspección y liberación de material en sistema (SAP).
- Notificar al T de Calidad de cualquier inconformidad que impida que el producto sea liberado de acuerdo al criterio de aceptación.
- Validación de material de acuerdo a Control Plan.
- Medición de campos magnéticos y voltajes.
- Mediciones de Run out.
- Verificación del producto en el área de Recibos para asegurar los requisitos de Control Plan.
- Realizar auditorías de proceso en líneas de producción.
- Apoyo en Sorteos de Material (Materia Prima, Material en Proceso y Producto Terminado).
- Apoyo y soporte con problemas de Calidad Proveedores en componentes.
- Participa en la implementación de mejoras.
- Participa activamente dentro de su equipo para cumplir con los Objetivos de Calidad de la Planta.
- Interpretación instrucciones de inspección y procedimientos de Incoming Inspection.
- Interpretación de Dibujos y BOM.
- Interpretación de alertas de Calidad y Desviaciones de componentes.
- Apoyo de inventarios en Equipos de Medición y Material No Conforme.
- Conocimiento en EPP, cumplir con los procedimientos y protocolos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Participación e Implementación en la metodología 5’s.
