A Data Architect 2 years experience to deliver the Azure cloud solution architecture for the data and analytics domain.The architect will participatetobuild standardsregardingcapability domains and driving solution development for opportunities in the platform.The architect will also evaluatenew technologiesto insert into the PepsiCoNorthStartechnology stack.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Be able to understand definition of platform standards for all capability domains in the D&A landscape
Be able to understand development of new services that can support all D&A solutions - horizontal common services
Be able to understand delivery of project solution architectures for the data and analytic solutions built within the organization - infrastructure/technology design along with higher stack solution designs
Evaluation ofnew technologiesthat can help deliver new innovative capabilities and streamline the existing data product development lifecycle
Work with these teams to deliver the services and solution architecturesrequiredfor the platform or sector deliveries.
Work with teams to get the functional requirements for the projects andprovidethe designs to support the data engineers.
Constantly communicate the progression of our activities and support the communication to the sectorsregardingour deliverables.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's orMaster'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience developing and executing strategicimplementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving&Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2+ years of Azure experience and2+ years of experience in the data and analytics space (data engineering, datamodeling)
The candidate in this role will need to be flexible, adaptable to change, and play a key role in manydifferent aspectsof the delivery cycle.
The candidate must be very technically proficient with a desire to learn more and deliver results.The role will be very hands-on.
