DirecciónThis candidate will be responsible for gathering thorough user reporting requirements, accountable for creating requirement documentation and performing quality assurance to ensure all requirements are met. The candidate must be able to be a liaison to the business end users and to the developers.
Main responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison between End Users, IT and PowerBI Development team; partners to identify their reporting requirements or data needs. Translate the business needs into technical database requirements and work with development teams to implement these requirements.
Collaborate continuously with the Agile Scrum team to groom, refine issues and plan sprints to implement new reporting efficiencies, achievement or prioritisation efforts. Assist in communicating reporting requests to main partners and identify training needs. BA abilities to combine all the teams’ details into one, good at documentation and process management. Lead the process to support the team to making the right decisions, planning and thinking about the future. Be the main point of contact for any data related reporting questions or assist with fix data related issues. Ensures relevant tagging and data issues have been resolved or are being supervised. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Experience with collecting user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports.

Will be in charge of the presentation of the information obtained from the analysis through reports, so they must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently, analyzing and making recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability (5 years at least) working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management.
- Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising including multichannel and omnichannel
- Demonstrable experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management
- Domain Guide in BI Tools (Power BI preferred).
- Solid understanding of Data Modeling particular BI Semantic Models
- Fluid english skills.
