What you do

As a bilingual customer service representative you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for different line of business all around Mexico and USA.


Roles:

  • Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
  • Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
  • Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
  • Active participation in team meetings.

What you bring  

  • High School Completed (GED)
  • Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
  • Customer service
  • Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
  • Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.
