Reporting line: Country Communications Manager
This position requires
- Education: Communication, Marketing, Commercial Relations or design
- Strong written and oral communications skills (Spanish/English)
- Strong interpersonal, listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both, collaborating with a team, or independently and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Highly proficient computer skills, Windows, Microsoft Office applications and Adobe programs
- Positive, proactive attitude and highly motivated.
- Familiar with intranet management platforms
Major Tasks of Position
Communication activities
- Support the Country Communications Manager (CCM) to implement the regional and global Communications strategies, projects and objectives to the country
- Support Power Grids Communications initiatives: internal communication strategies and tools to leverage the collaboration amongst the colleagues located in the different sites of the company in the country.
Typical activities include:
- Help implement Power Grids new branding guidelines
- Support with communications content (internal)
- Intranet and website management
- Support CCM in internal and external events preps.
- Content translations
- Support with internal and external newsletter
- Support Internal Communication in content flow for the internal channels, internal campaigns and organizing events for employees in the PG Mexican sites
- Management of vendors providing Communication and Events Production services
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, project concept and campaigns creation with the aim of creating value for both the company and the communities around the company's sites
