Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.
We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system. Also, must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone work and should be excellent at what they do.

Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound calls from clients.
- Make Outbound Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.
- Make Outbound Calls to clients who request information from us via e-mail.
Your score will be determined by:
- The number of calls you make.
- Collection resolutions.
- Your ability to obtain documents from clients.
- Your survey results from Clients.
- Self-reporting daily on the above-listed milestones.
