What this job involves :

A Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and clients, providing them with a positive and satisfying experience, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a bilingual work environment.

  • Location:   Lomas de Chapultepec

  • Work schedule:   Monday To Fraday from 9 am to 6 pm

  • Work model:  On site

What is your day to day?  

  • Receive and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner in both languages.
  • Provide accurate information about the company, its products or services to visitors.
  • Manage and direct incoming telephone calls and pre-select them to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and reservations for meetings and events.
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages to employees.
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
  • Assist in the coordination of courier and delivery services.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of visitors and their details.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.

Desired experience and technical skills  

  • Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in two languages ​​(usually English and another language).
  • Experience in customer service and skills in dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of basic computer tools, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Organization and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and requests in a busy environment.
  • Good presentation and ability to maintain a courteous and friendly manner at all times.
  • Adaptability and ability to work as a team.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
  • A Bilingual Receptionist plays a crucial role in the first impression that visitors and clients have of a company, therefore the successful candidate is expected to possess strong interpersonal skills, language proficiency and the ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
