TECH SUPPORT ACCOUNT FOR TELEPHONE, HOME TV & INTERNET SERVICE
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Recommendation and placing additional products & services to existing customers
- Helping the Customer on how their services & products work
- Information about customer's monthly bill
Main skills required are technical combined with “Customer obsessed mindset”, Customer Service methodology focused on offering the Customer a warm, personalized and “solve with a sense of urgency” experience.

Requirements:
