Billing Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join us at Landing! In this role, you'll report to our Billings Manager and support the billings and collections function along with a team of other analysts.

We ensure that compliance is efficiently maintained using systems and well-defined processes to achieve this. We play a critical role in Landing's mission and we partner closely with the business to make the company more successful. Our accounting team includes a Revenue Team and an Expense Team that works closely together, reporting to the VP Corporate Controller along with specialist roles such as Tax, Payroll, and External Reporting.

We are looking for an energetic & passionate individual who has strong organizational skills and can handle working on multiple tasks simultaneously. What You'll Do:

Perform daily audits of Landing member billing data

Process daily billing inquiries through use of Mission Control, Zendesk and Slack

Perform monthly collections activities

Drive various billing related projects to completion

Provide customer support via phone and email regarding billing inquiries.

What You Need:

Ability to work in-office

Ability to work M-F 9 to 6 CST

Good working knowledge of overall Microsoft business suite (Excel) and Google business suite (Sheets)

Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a high sense of urgency.

Strong work ethic with the flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as necessary

What We Offer:

Salary $16,500 MXN Gross monthly

12 days of vacation from first year available after 90 days
