A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Lead HFS Strategy & Plans under the branches assigned, to assure commercial and financial KPI's. Drive sales execution for assigned territory , assure the adequate execution of the 5Ps with and effective and efficient use of resources. Perform business reviews to ensure compliance with the plan and make the necessary adjustments. Supervise and analyze performance of the supervisors and sales representatives, determine action plans for improvements and assure effective customer services.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor in business administration or related Previous experience workin within the Tradional Channel +7 years of experience in sales and sales operation Strategic thinking and analysis Strong forecasting, finance, and budgeting skills Fluent in English Self-motivated and teamwork
